As a rule, I only write when I have an inner prompting. If I need to write because of a deadline, then a short silent meditation would help to center me in preparation. I find that when the inner space is cleared, the voice of the intuition can speak more clearly. I love to meditate and do so on a regular basis. Ideas and promptings come up in meditation sometimes, but often the effect of the meditation unfolds slowly throughout the day. It seems to clear up the debris and make way for inner clarity! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
